Our primary product is freshly roasted hazelnut kernels, attractively packaged in quality 200gm and 1kg air-tight bags, as illustrated on this page. We sell these to a range of restaurants, quality food retailers and artisan manufacturers of nougats, chocolates and other such items.
Unlike imported hazelnuts, which have often been harvested and packaged some time ago, our locally grown and processed nuts have a distinct fresh taste that is quite unique. They keep well for a year if refrigerated or frozen and six months if stored at room temperature.
We also supply raw kernels to certain manufacturers whose products this better suits, and have a focus on supplying small retailers in the alpine valleys of our local region.

Separately, each winter, we also sell varietally correct rootstock around Australia to intending or expanding hazelnut growers. These are propagated from our own trees, both Oregon Barcelona and appropriate pollinisers, all of which were themselves grown from pure, varietally correct imported rootstock.
